Virtual twins revolutionize cosmetics industry
Virtual twin technology is emerging as a transformative tool for cosmetics and personal care manufacturers. By creating dynamic digital replicas of physical assets, brands can simulate skin profiles, predict product reactions, and optimize supply chains. This approach reduces reliance on animal testing, accelerates product development, and enhances sustainability. For instance, luxury perfume brands have utilized virtual twins to reroute shipments, achieving significant reductions in carbon emissions.
